Wanted to plug my friend Stacey Kaniuk’s website, which I had a small part in helping put together, that just launched!
Head over there, take a peek, have a listen and show your support.

Just finished shooting a video for the band “Klooch” (www.myspace.com/klooch) for director Jeff Campagna.
Shot on a Brevis35 rig w/ Nikon primes on an HVX. Long day but we got some great stuff - Michelle and Jefferson - the leads in the video looked great on camera.

Was in New York a couple of weeks ago with Frame Discreet cinematographer Justin Lovell.
We were hanging out at the HD World Expo show in Manhattan with T-Cube, a company from France who makes a color corrector box that Justin uses at Frame Discreet to transfer and color correct Super8 and 16mm film.
The T-Cube booth was merged in conjunction with AMV Broadcast, a sales and rental company in Manhattan.
It was overall a smaller show but still got to see a fair amount of product and do some research on portable HD monitors which I’ve been in the market for.
After the show was finished I went to check out AMV’s rental facility on 26th St and they let me play with their Sony F23.
Wicked time. Thanks to Christelle at T-Cube and everyone over at AMV.
